This resulted in a positive Bilateral Trade Balance of Rs. 9.66 million for Sri Lanka with North korea for the year 2023.

In comparison, during the year 2022, Exports from Sri Lanka to North korea amounted to a total value of Rs. 7.78 million, while Imports to Sri Lanka from North korea amounted to a total value of Rs.110.98 million. This resulted in a negative Bilateral Trade Balance of Rs. -103.20 million for Sri Lanka with North korea for the year 2022.
