During the year 2023, Exports from Sri Lanka to amounted to a total value of Rs. 196.92 million, while the Imports to Sri Lanka from amounted to a total value of Rs. 3.98 million. This resulted in a positive Bilateral Trade Balance of Rs. 192.94 million for Sri Lanka with for the year 2023.

In comparison, during the year 2022, Exports from Sri Lanka to amounted to a total value of Rs. 274.07 million, while Imports to Sri Lanka from amounted to a total value of Rs.305.01 million. This resulted in a negative Bilateral Trade Balance of Rs. -30.94 million for Sri Lanka with for the year 2022.
